FULL EVENT SPACE HIRE (includes):
Main Gallery Space, Mezzanine & Green Room
Includes Serving Kitchen & Event Restrooms
Day Rate: $25,000 +taxes
Hourly Rate: (x10 hour minimum): $1,700 p/h +taxes
GREEN ROOM & MEZZANINE HIRE:
Day Rate: $7,000 +taxes
Hourly Rate: (x10 hour minimum): $540 p/h +taxes
**Enquiry must be made x2 weeks or less prior to event. No additional hours offered.
MEZZANINE ONLY HIRE:
Day Rate: $5,000 +taxes
Hourly Rate: (x10 hour minimum): $340 p/h +taxes

GREEN ROOM ONLY HIRE:
Day Rate: $3,000 +taxes
Hourly Rate (x10 hour minimum): $200 p/h +taxes
**As per above
PRIVATE DINING ROOM HIRE:
Weekday minimum spend: $1000 +taxes
Weeknight & weekend minimum spend: $1500 +taxes
**Costs quoted are per sitting. Weeknights are from 5pm
OUTSIDE PARKING LOT HIRE:
Day Rate: $10,000 +taxes
**Can only be hired in conjunction with Event space hire
TOTAL VENUE HIRE:
Limited to x1 event per year.
Subject to conditions with bespoke costs.
AV & LIGHTING:
Bespoke quote per event.

IN-HOUSE CATERING:

SECURITY:
Bike Shed Events Director will advise on the number of security required based on your event specifications:
Security Supervisor: $70 per hour
Unarmed Guard: $60 per hour
Armed Guard: $90 per hour
EMT: $70/hour
CLEANING:
Post-event, standard clean: $150 +taxes
Post-event, including shutter windows clean: $400 +taxes
**Note: roller shutter windows require cleaning if decals have been used as part of your event dressing.
